My experience with Precision Garage Door Service was great from the phone call, to the promptness and excellent work of the technician, Miller Henderson, to the payment process. Everyone was nice, courteous and polite - a pleasure to work with. When I called to ask for someone to come and evaluate my issues, I was surprised that they offered me a time the same day! It wasn't long before Miller called to say that he was just 10 minutes away and could come even before the appointment window that was set up, so I took him up on that. As he worked, it was very obvious just how well he knew his job by how quickly and smoothly it was done. He was extremely nice, explained everything well and was a pleasure to work with. Even paying was no hassle because they take all forms of payment. I would highly recommend the company for any garage door issues. Thanks, guys, for making it a painless way to have my problem resolved.

I was provided a photo and short bio of the technician prior to his on-time arrival. Miller was courteous and answered all my questions. He also explained what needed to be repaired and why. He did an excellent job repairing the garage door which is now much smoother and quieter. I highly recommend them.

Precision Garage installed my new doors in 2023, was very pleased with the new and quiet doors. Last week one door just stopped working, easily booked an appointment and a friendly, courteous technician arrived as scheduled, diagnosed the the issue and replaced lift moter and surge protector. Because of the surge protector he observed it was still under warranty, saving us nearly $1000, we only owed the service call fee. Greatly appreciated the service of technician Nathan who also had great communication with his manager throughout the process. Thank you Precision Garage Doors for another great product, installation and quick service.

I have been very impressed by Precision Garage Door. They totally live up to their commercial and more. When I called, I spoke to Angela who was friendly and quickly booked me a same day appointment. I received a text with the name and a photo of the assigned technician. Bruce called to let me know he was 39 minutes out. He was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. I recently had Precision perform service on my two car garage door. The technician was very professional, he arrived on time and was able to answer all my questions prior to the service. I purchased a new garage door opener; after the installation the technician explained overall operation and set up of the opener onto my MyQ network.
